Insurance:
Packages are insured only if customers purchase the shipping protection option available at checkout.
Damaged/Lost Items:
For custom product shippers, it is standard to offer a replacement for items that are damaged in transit or lost, provided the customer has purchased shipping protection.
Any damaged items should be reported within 7 days of receiving the package with photographic evidence.
Lost items will be considered for replacement if they haven’t arrived within 30 days.
